menu disappearde after update from version 17 to 20

Hello all,
after download and install my new betheme version, the menu disapeared from my website. But just 3 of 4 sites???

The last page is the only one with mainmenu on top. But it is not my starting page. ?? Can it be a php problem. tomorrow wil update php from 5.6 to 7. Maybe it could be this. Also same images and videos a invisible on startpage.

First trys:
1. Clear Browser Cache
2. desactivate htaccess

    Hi,
    this is cache, please disable all plugins and clear the browser cache again. It also could be the cache on the server side.

    ok. I do it and it works. I do not understand why is there a different clear browser cache with the plugins activated and not activated, but now all is working fine. My mainmenu is back on top.
