Top Bar Colour
Ok so I have a transparent menu which sticks to the top as a user drops down.
The text is white and my menu turns white on scroll.
Where is the option to change the text on scroll? it becomes lost in the colour of the header menu for instance. (see images)

you would have to change the background color of the header on scroll.
You can do that in theme options>colors>header - top left bar
