Can add new elements with Visual Composer

Hey guys,

I was working on our website as usual and without understanding why I stopped being able to add new elements in Visual Composer. I can do everything else (copy, edit, delete) but I can't add new elements.

Can you please help me?

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hello,

We have a discovered that the problem with Visual Composer is related with

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'vc_row' of undefined

at n.createElement (backend.min.js?ver=5.4.7:3)

at HTMLDivElement.dispatch (...)

at HTMLDivElement.r.handle (...)

createElement @ backend.min.js?ver=5.4.7:3

dispatch @ load-scripts.php?...

r.handle @ load-scripts.php?...

We already deactivated all plugins but the problem persists.

The strange thing is that we have a identical website running on another server and works perfectly.

Can you please help?
