Ooops... Error 404 after updating page of pre-installed theme

Hi, I have tried multiple times of editing a existing page under the chosen theme. Each time after editing a picture or text box, i would press update. However, soon after the update the page will turn " Ooops... Error 404 ...We are sorry, but the page you are looking for does not exist."

Any help?
