YouTube Video - No volume button

Hi all,

please have a look at my site: http://crmprojekt1.maxim-kirschbaum.com/ As you can see the video on the slider has no volume button. How can I fix that?

Yes! When I open the site on my smartphone the volume button is not there. Why is that?

Because you controll the volume with your device buttons I suppose.
