I would like to show vertical menu in dots which would show the active page - so that if someone scroll up and down, it shows active page in menu

Hi,
we do not have those dots, but instead we have underline and text color for active menu item while scroll what you can see for example at
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/fit/
