Changing main menu
Hello,
I created a new menu in Wordpress.
I'd like to use this new menu in my site instead of the one that was created when importing demo data.
I couldn't find anywhere to change it in the theme options.
Could you please help me ?

creating/changing the menu is not theme related at all.
It all happens in appaerance>menus>manage locations
From there you can choose the primary menu.
There is also an option to choose a menu from a specific page. It is done by editing that page and scrolling down to the page options where you will find a dropdown menu.
