Can not update Revolution Slider

I have the latest version of BeTheme installed. I can not update the Revolution Slider. I read the whole forum and lost half the day, it just does not work. That does not work on the dashboard and there are also no revolutions slider file in the BeTheme folder. See error message in screenshot.

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
