Use of shortcodes in testimonials

Hello,

Can I use shortcodes in testimonials? I have created a bunch of "testimonials" assigned them with a "category". They are displayed in a slider. All is good with that. Now, I would like to "highlight" portions of text in some of the testimonials block and, as a result, I get the code itself to display.
