Not able to see Theme dashboard and can't install plugins

I am not able to see theme dashboard as soon as I click on dashboard it goes to" digitaldastak.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500 "

and I am not able to install plugins as well.

I am also not able to find which one is license key

Please help
