Scroll to part of page instead of Jump

Hi Guys

I have a page on my side, if I click on a link there, it should scroll down to a part that is further down, but it jumps.

I use the "ID" function in the section with # after normal URL of page. But instead of a smooth scroll down effect it just jumps down.

What do I need to add there, that I have this smooth scroll effect?

Hi,

Please edit your index(main) page, and on bottom of editor you'll have a "One Page" option.

Turn it ON.

I switched it on, but it still jumps down and doesn't scroll.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

In the middle of this site there are 2 pictures called "Firmenhomepages" and "Online-Shops", and these link to a section further below, but it jumps to this section and doesn't scroll.
