Installation Error / Deregistering and Reregistering

Dearest MuffinGroup,

I've installed BeTheme on a subdomain of a multisite installation. I have deregistered and reregistered the purchase code multiple times both from the wordpress install itself and using your api. I've even remove and reinstalled the theme each time as well.

The problem I'm getting is that after registering the theme and going to bundled plugins, I can't install Slider Revolution. It just says:

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.

Plugin installation failed."

After doing some searching, your usual response is "The error 'The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.' means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one." but as I've outlined above, I have deregistered and reregistered the theme many times to no avail. Your api even correctly lists my purchase code as being registered to the correct second-level and top level domain (but not subdomain). 

Please advise!
