less than symbol in html converts on save

My site is password protected:

When I am adding content to the Featured list the special characters keep breaking the whole thing because they convert to there symbol after a save.
For example I add [item icon="icon-acrobat" title="This is <1%" link="LinkHere" target="_blank" animate=""]

I save it everything is fine but If I have to go back in for a correction this happens (Pay attention to the less than sign):

[item icon="icon-acrobat" title="This is <1%" link="LinkHere" target="_blank" animate=""]

So when I save it again the site gets broke big time!

IS there a fix for this?

This is a bug indeed, thanks for reporting it.

It will be fixed in next update which will be coming in a next few days.

i'm having the same problem as well.

I just upgraded to

20.9.5.5 today and the problems still exists.
