HEADER STYLE - "Simple"

Hello, On your HEADER STYLE - "Simple" option, how would i add some text next to the menu button ( just for the desktop screen size. ), Is there a way i could include a word in a php file ?

Thank you i did some more looking and actually found the spot to add text, in the header-top-area.php file located in the Include folder
