Muffin Builder doesn't add new sections

I have updated BeTheme to version 20.9.5.2 and the Muffin Builder does not allow me to add any new section.
I tried to disable the plugins but it does not work.
What should I do?

    I solved by updating WP.
    But now I can not see the background color code in the COLUMN boxes anymore ...
