  The same situation happened to https://www.mysdnbhd.com, also not shown.

  
  

  But the tricky part is, it shows at https://www.malaysiaco.com.my/.

  Did you upload favicon in BeTheme > Theme Option > General > Icon

  If not, please do it this way and delete it from other places.
