Weird problem with Fancy Heading

Very strange situation. Code of the page is like this:

As You can see, the title of the fancy headline should be "Fakt (...)". Instead, it took the name of the image published below and used it instead! The name of the image is not even in the code, I can see in the media files.

If I remove the anchor or use anchor after the fancy headline, it is fine (but the anchor is in wrong place).
