Media library is empty

After new Wordpress Installation, Theme installation, Plugin installation, Demo Import, the media library remains empty, even though the images are displayed properly on the site.

Hi,
1) Please make a screenshot of your System Status in BeTheme > System Status
2) Disable all of the plugins and check again.
