"Load More" items not showing feature images

I had my projects working fine but changed it to use the load more button. Now that this function is being used, any projects being rendered have no "featured Image" loading.  the link works but no images.  I thought it all started when I installed WooCommerce, but even when I deactivate all plugins the issue pursists.

I have a 3 minute mp4 video I can add if that helps.  My site is currently using the "under construction" option.

    I saw someone else had a similar issues and I have post name set as the permalink.  So that is not the issues in my case.

    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co
    Also, please disable all of the plugins.
