Checked option gets turned off when clicking "update"?

Hello,

I just wanted to use the option "Content | Remove Padding" while building a page. But when I turn it on and click on the blue "Update" button the option gets turned off again? What could be the reason for that?

Is this happening when you disable all of the plugins?

No plugin has changed since it last worked. The bug is still there and options that are turned on get turned off. Also content that is added to muffin builder is gone after clicking update.

We understand that you did not install any plugins but please disable all of them and then test it again.
