Opening social media in new window

Although I have activated the 'Open links in new window" option in Theme Options >Social, social media links open in the new window and do not open a new page. Could you please help?
Also I would like to make the photo in "About" page  rounded, how could I do that? I've tried various methods but nothing worked so far.

    1) After disabling all the plugins it's still not working?
    2) I see that image is too small, can you change the wrap in editor of the page to be background-size cover?

    1) No, it didn't help. I disabled all the plugins and it's still not working
    2) I mean the photo - the one inside the photo box, not the image that loads first when you open the page (thanks, it was too small indeed, I fixed that)

    1) Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

    2) I was talking about this photo, it's not covering because it's too small.
