Slider on blog post not working

Hello,

I have an issue with a banner - I am using Revolution Slider and on general Blog page it works perfectly fine as in the pic below:

The problem appears when I want to add the same banner above a blog post I only have a blank space like here:

How can I configure the theme to display banner over the blog post?

Please disable all of the plugins, clear cache and check it again.

Thank you for this tip but it did not solve the problem, the banner appears in the same place as before (marked green) but I want it to appear just below the navigation (marked red)

If you want to have a image there, you have to upload a image in Subheader | Image field (while editing post, http://prntscr.com/ka8lfr) and delete the Featured Image with custom CSS code.

And how about a slider? How can I place a slider here?

It's not possible

You can only insert a slider into the featured image place.
