WP Bakery Page Builder

Hello,

I am trying to use WP Bakery Page Builder instead of Muffin Builder and I am having difficulty installing the plugin.

When I go to BeTheme -> Install Plugins -> and press update under WPBakery Page Builder, I get the following message:

Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx&plugin=js_composer…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.
Plugin update failed.

Please could you let me know how to fix this?

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins first.

Then try to update the theme.

Please check if your license key is not used somewhere else:

If not, please deregister and register your website then try to update plugins.

Be sure that they are disabled when you want to update it

I have checked and I have two license codes and they are not being used twice?

Please deregister license key on this website which is making troubles and register it again.

Then try to update your plugins, dont forget to disable them before update.

I have the same issue, backend says downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.....but nothing happens! disabled plugins and deregister/register my theme already, nothing helped
