PHP Max Input Vars doesn't seem to update

Hi

I've made changes to my php.ini file to increase the "PHP Max Input Vars" from 1000, to 3000 - yet it is still reporting as being at 1000 on BeTheme?

Not sure what is wrong here?

I'm running PHP within Windows IIS, and edited the php.ini file from within the IIS interface.

Any help most appreciated.
