How do I add a second call to action button in my menu?

Hi,

Add a link you want to redirect , as a normal menu item.

Then, you have to modify it with CSS and make it as much similiar as button.

There is no other way.

Please disable all of the cache, seo plugins.

They are hiding all elements of menu in HTML.

Sorry but this won't be possible.

I was working on it but menu items have a little bit different height and it's not looking good.
