Menu not Working

Suddenly the menu of my website (submenu) stopped working.

Additionally, in the wordpress dashboard, in the menu section, I can not modify it, it remains "loading" forever, when I add a new item to the menu.

Here is the another problem. When i try to modify the menu, this happen.

- Please update your PHP version to 7

- Disable all of the plugins, clear cache.

"Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress."

Now with PHP 5.6 the menu works very strange...

If this is the case then all you need to do is to contact your hosting provider. We cannot help you with the hosting settings from here.

I was able to modify the menu of the web page changing the theme (using the default by wordpress). But when returning to BeTheme, the problem continues.

I do not think it's a problem of hosting if changing the theme the problem is solved...

You have to install PHP 7.0 to make your BeTheme works.

If you cannot install it, it could be a problem of hosting.

Talk about this issue with them, please.
