Blog showing pages instead of posts

Hello!

My blog page is showing my pages instead of my posts. I can only see my posts if I use a category, tag or author filter, but not predefine. Also, the subheader title shows 'Shop' instead of 'Blog'.

I don't know how can I fix it and I couldn't find the mistake.

Please, could you help me?
