Topbar background color transparent

Hi, I know this question probably has been answered meny times, but I can't seem to get my head arround it.

How do I make the topbar background color semi-transparent so that the color is still black but so that the slider-image can be seen through?

Hi,

Please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

Choose this Split Menu Semitransparent.

Now the background color is white transparent. How do I make it black transparent?
