Create gallery with custom thumbnails

Hi,

I need to use a gallery like this (see the attached image), but using custom thumbnails for each photo, that is, creating the thumbnail images of each photo.

I'm using the gallery shortcode link like this:

[gallery link = "file" columns = "4" ids = "2397,2440,2468,2339,2346,2347,2380,2339,2346,2347,2380"]

But the problem is that the thumbnails are generated automatically and they go wrong.

Can I use a gallery similar to attached image, using the possibilities of Betheme, with its plugins installed by default? (Without using the Revolution Slider)

Or do I need to use an extra plugin? (in that case, which do you recommend?)

Your link for image and website doesn't work.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

If you look, you will see that the thumbnails of my photos in the gallery link look bad, since the images are not square, so I need to create my own miniatures. (It is not necessary use the "Gallery Link", I can use a similar gallery)
