how to set up a multi-lingual website?

Hey there. On your website https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash/ it says, that there is a "
BUILT-IN TRANSLATOR & MULTILINGUAL READY
The built-in translator allows you to translate easily the website into another language." I can't find that tool. Where can I find it to make the website in 2 languages? In all the other discussions you just refer to: https://wpml.org/purchase/ But this costs another 79$. So where do I find that built-in translator? and how does it work to add the language flags then to the menue?

    Hi,
    Our Built-in Translator can be found in Theme Options > Translate
    There you have all options of Translating theme.

    If you want to create a multilingual website, you have to buy a WPML plugin which allows you translate whole website.
    Since you will order a WPML, you can contact their support group, so all the questions about translating should be posted there
