Not working

Hello,

When i click on Revolution Slider in the dashboard menu, the page does not load correctly.

Kindly help resolve. There are a lot of plugins active from before though. I have disabled all the earlier sliders. What could you suggest? have you seen this error before?

Hey,

Did you noticed on 2nd image what revolution slider version you use? You got 4.2.3 version but for theme we got 4.5.6 included. It means you got very old slider version which probably came with other theme in the past. What you need to do is update your rev slider plugin to the latest version. ok i simply uploaded what i downloaded afetr purchasing the theme, not more than 7 days back.

Anyways thanks for the quick response, ill try to fix

the manual update plugin is not working, i used the FTP option.

It is still the same, although it says on plugin info, version 4.5.6

ok deleted teh plugin completely and re-uploaded, problem solved.
