Hi,

1) Please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader

Check if there is no image in background section

2) Edit page, find for Subheader image or slider and make it blank.

Sorry but we do not have an option for that. This is controlled by the plugin and we do not have the information that would suggest that it is possible. You would have to contact the plugin author.
