How to create a blog post template?

I want to create a standart template of blog articles for the authorized authors to fill when they post an article.
How do I do that?

Hi,

You can create a new template for blog post in Wordpress Dashboard > Templates

And then, when you'll be editing a page, change template here:

On post editor this can be found in Page Options.

I'm not sure what you want to achieve, please describe it greater.
