Hi,
I would like to set a payment fee of 1.00 Euro in Woocommerce for PayPal, where can I find these menus in WooCoomerce.

In German:

Einstellungen für Bestell- und Bezahlvorgang | PayPal | Überweisung | Per Nachnahme | Scheckzahlungen | Lastschrift | Rechnung

In English:

Settings for order and payment process | PayPal | Bank transfer | Cash on delivery | Check payments | Direct debit | bill
