Full width header doesn't work on all pages

Hi,

I have set header to full width on my site: http://pvc.dk/

However, it only seems to work for the front page. How can I make it work throughout the site?

Hi,

I see that full-width works on whole website.

If you want to have larger width of layout, you must go to

Theme Options > Global > General and increase your Gridh Width.

I would like to have the logo to the left on all pages. That doesn't work right now.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear cache and check again.

I see that you have a lot of plugins on website.
