Site appears broken after update

Hello!

We are trying to update our website theme since almost 2 months but are not able to do so, because the website appears broken after update. We have to switch back to the previous backup to restore.

Tried updating from wordpress dashboard and also by downloading the theme zip but doesn't work.

Kindly provide a solution. Kindly check attached screenshot of the website after update.

Please disable all of the plugins before the update.

Also, leave it disable after the update.

Let me see issued website live.

What are your support timings? As this is our live website. Kindly provide details so that we can disable and update accordingly.

Figured out the issue, it was static CSS. Disabled the option and updated the website. Now showing fine. Thanks!
