WPBakery Page Builder can not be installed

Hello, I just want to install the WPBakery Page Builder but when it says "Downloading installation package from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=8d10f784-ac90-48b8-aceb-d8c6afd8ec3d&plugin=js_composer…

Unpacking the package…" , it does nothing anymore. I think because of this probleme my website is not shown right. The most pictures and logos do not have the right place and size and so on. I am very grateful for your answer.
