Cart Empty out of date

On the woocommerce status page: I see the following:

betheme/woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0,

I have the latest Betheme update, there is no cart-empty.php

Any ideas? It has not affected the shop operations.

Please reinstall the WooCommerce plugin.

also, please disable rest of them.
