Make one column scrollable/parallax and fix the other one

Hi there,

I use BeTheme and WPBakery Page Builder and am creating a singlepage-design. Now I´ve got the following problem: I want to have two columns with text in the left column and logos in the right column. When scrolling down and reaching this part of the site, the left (text) colum should be fix and only the right (logo) column should continue scrolling down. When reaching the end of the right (logo) column the whole site should continue scrolling down again.

Is this possible - and how do I have to do this?!?
