Can't update WPBakery

I am unable to update WPBakery. I've updated BeTheme to 20.9.6.2.1 and get the error message:

The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Plugin update failed.

I've deactivated all Plugins. Still doesn't work.

Since the WPBakery is "included" with the theme, how do i update it ?

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Pablo does it count for local test installations? do we need to unregister it there too?

So I disabled the local installaiton. Only the online version should be registered but still can't update the plugins... same error as Lynn

No, the localhost installation are not registered. Please deregister the current betheme installation and check in the online license tool if that license key is used somwhere else. If not, register the theme again and try to update.

Ok all good. License wasn't used somewhere else but needed indeed to deregister, register again and what a moment for synchronization.
