The "Extend Now" link on CodeCanyon is not working (https://codecanyon.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048). It takes me to a not found page and then when I click on the link on that page it takes me back to the purchase page and asking me to repurchase the software. All I want to do is extend support for another year.
Can you help please?

    we are happy that you want to extend the support period but sadly we cannot help you with this issue because it is the envato website and we do not control the purchases. You would have to write an email to envato about this issue.
