Cannot Update Theme to Latest Version

Hi there,

I have two separate websites with two separate purchase codes, and I keep getting an error when I try to update.

Here's the error: An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Can you please help us resolve?

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

No, these themes use their own purchase codes. They are not shared with any other domain.

Did you check with this tool, if these license keys are not used anywhere else?

If they are not, please deregister and register the website again, then try to update theme.

Also, disable all of the plugins before updating a betheme.
