Individual Blog Post Shows Wrong Favicon

I realise that the favicon for my individual blog pages is still the default BeTheme favicon. How do I get it to be changed?

Favicon on other pages are all fine.

Here is the example of what I am referring to:

I see that favicon is other than "Be" favicon.

Did you fix it?
