Remove hover effect on images

Hello,

is it possible to remove that aggressive hover effect on images?

Sure it can move, or change color or anything, but is it possible to remove that 2 red boxes with icons?

Thank you so much. I can't find it anywhere in Theme options

Hi,

You can change the hover effect in Theme Options > Global > General

It's a Image Frame option, select other style of it.
