Custom pages doesn't scroll on the displays

We had a problem with the scrolling of pages created by the plugin Memberlux. Memberlux is a plug-in of the training center with closed access, that is, He creates different levels of users, and his own individual pages. https://www.club4life.biz/wpm/start/
Current here, these pages do not scroll in the browsers of desktops and laptops, but perfectly scrolled in phones and tablets.
We tried various options of settings, turned off various other plugins in search of the cause of this problem, and concluded that your theme BeTheme conflicts with the Memberlux plugin.
Can you help us in this matter? Maybe there is another way? Maybe we do not know about any settings that can be made in your theme, so that custom pages scroll on the displays.
Previously, this problem was not before updating your theme to version 20.9

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
