Hi

I need to look shortcode in POPUP but not appear it this possible.

Popup work fine, but not charged "shortcode"

admin credentials:

    Inside of popup code i have a SHORTCODE, this shortcode not charged

    So you mean to use other shortcodes inside this shortcode. But unfortunately some shortcodes won't be compatible with popup. And this is the reason why your shortcode does not work in this case.

    but if i put the popup+sortcode in description tab the functionally its fine...

    Yes, this is true. But as we wrote different combinations of shortcodes may not work because of some javascript code and unfortunately we can't do anything in this case.
