Some Share icons not working

Some of the sharing icons on my blog pages are not working. Facebook, Google + and Pinterest are working, but Twitter and Linked in are displaying errors once clicked. An example can be seen on - http://thrivefestival.ie/2018/09/18/breakfast-ideas-to-welcome-autumn/

Any ideas?

Hi,
It's not working because of " | " sign, if you remove it from the title, then it will start to work.
