Hi - can you please guide me how to add flags (to jump on different website for language) in main menu / navigation. I would like to have it either right corner in menubar or just above the menu

how about I would like to manually link to another site

If you want to link manually, then you must play with custom menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.
