Can't update my theme

Hello,

I tried to contact your customer service about an issue (the maps is not working even tho I already insert the API).

They told me probably I had to update my theme, I already tried to using your tool, but nothing seems to work.

The message says "Can't install the package. The package is empty."

Can you please offer me a solution to this? If I push "deregister" in the BeTheme dashboard nothing happens either.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi Pablo, nope it's not used on more than one domain.

According to what I see on your tool that the theme is registered on the wrong domain, but I can't change that through your tool, and if I follow your instruction and I click "unregister" in the BeTheme dashboard on WP nothing is happening at all, seems impossible to unregister following your procedure.

Can you please help me out? This thing is taking way to many time

Why are you not able to deregister it from the wrong domain by our tool?
Is there any error message?

Using one license key on one domain is important.
If it won't be, then this error message 'contains no file' will appear.
