Mobile padding issue

I've been able to get my site layout looking how I want it on desktop/ laptops etc, however on mobile a lot of the placeholders seem to be removed. I just want a little bit of space between the mobile screen edge and my content. can anyone help as I've trawled through the settings and can't find anything?

I'm not sure what you want achieve, but paste it into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS
